How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@barnoneboutique.com. We will do our best to help before your order has been processed.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. After processing, transit time is usually 6 to 10 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days.
What is your order cutoff time?
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM PT. Orders placed after that time will be processed on the next business day.
Which carrier do you use?
All orders are shipped through UPS.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page to follow your shipment.
My tracking has not updated yet. What should I do?
Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear after shipment. If you still do not see an update after that, contact us at support@barnoneboutique.com.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return period?
You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
What condition must returned items be in?
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and included accessories.
What if I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@barnoneboutique.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping.
Can I return an item if I changed my mind?
Yes. If the item is not the right fit, size, or style for you, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. In these cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@barnoneboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 5 days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available depending on stock availability. Contact us and we will let you know what options are available.
