Shipping policy

At Barnone Boutique, we aim to make the delivery process as clear and predictable as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order will be shipped.

Shipping Location

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping is available on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT (Pacific Time) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Transit Time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

From the date you place your order, the estimated total delivery time is 7 to 12 business days.

These are estimates. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak order volumes.

Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS. Carrier selection is not variable — UPS handles all domestic shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the UPS website or through our Track Order page.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the status to appear in UPS's system.

If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, contact us at support@barnoneboutique.com and we will look into it on your behalf.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier operational disruptions
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If a significant delay occurs with your order, we will notify you as soon as we are aware. If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the end of your estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will coordinate with UPS to locate your shipment.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If UPS confirms that your package has been lost, we will arrange a full refund or a replacement shipment at no cost to you. Please contact us at support@barnoneboutique.com with your order number and we will handle the investigation on your behalf.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Email support@barnoneboutique.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review your case and arrange a resolution — including a replacement or refund — and we will cover any return shipping costs where applicable.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at support@barnoneboutique.com. We will do our best to assist before the order has been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled — in that case, please refer to our Return Policy.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
