At Barnone Boutique, we want every purchase to be the right one. If something isn't working out, this policy explains your options and how the process works.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and included accessories

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging or tags may not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved before you ship anything back. Please do not send items without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To start a return, email us at support@barnoneboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@barnoneboutique.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Once the issue is confirmed:

  • We will offer you a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability
  • Barnone Boutique will cover all return shipping costs in these cases
  • You will not be charged anything additional

Change of Mind Returns

If the item simply isn't the right fit, size, or style for you, you can still request a return within the 30-day window. In these cases:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us — Email support@barnoneboutique.com with your order number and reason for the return
  2. Wait for approval — Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
  3. Receive instructions — If approved, we will send you the return address and any specific packaging instructions
  4. Pack securely — Place the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  5. Ship it back — Use the carrier of your choice and keep your tracking number until the refund is confirmed

Refunds

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets the return conditions.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days of inspection
  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3 to 10 days to post the refund to your account
  • If your return is not approved after inspection, we will contact you to explain the reason

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available depending on stock. If you would like a different size, color, or item, contact us at support@barnoneboutique.com with your order number and what you are looking for. We will check availability and guide you through the next steps.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at support@barnoneboutique.com so we can stop processing before dispatch.

If your order has already shipped by the time you reach out, we are unable to cancel it at that stage. In that case, you can return it once it arrives by following the return process above.

Order Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@barnoneboutique.com. We will open an investigation with UPS on your behalf. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable. Any such items will be clearly noted on their product page before purchase.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
